The New Reaction Disc HEICO-LOCK®

HEICO-LOCK® reaction discs enable large bolt connections to be tightened safely and comfortably without an additional reaction arm. The reaction torque of the torque wrench is supported by a special dual socket on the gear-shaped outer contour of the reaction disc.

Our MAD (MB-RAD) battery torque wrench meets all requirements for installing a HEICO-LOCK® reaction washer. The back-off angle can be adjusted directly on the battery device and has to be determined as part of the required process capability study for each individual bolt application.
