The New MADW for Extremely Narrow Applications

The extension, precisely adapted to the specific tightening application and featuring our smallest gearbox, enables accurate bolt connections even in extremely confined and hard-to-reach areas. This solution significantly improves the ergonomics for assembly personnel, as conventional manual torque wrenches can be replaced. Both tightening and loosening operations can be performed using either torque or angle rotation control, ensuring maximum process reliability. Optionally, a complete bolt documentation is available, and the system can be seamlessly integrated into various operator guidance platforms such as PG (CSP), BoltPilot® or ProTight™.
